The review and advice package includes:

FULL SERVICE: Review, Advice, Negotiation & AMENDMENTS Package
The review, advice, negotiation and amendments package includes:

everything in the review and advice package;
-
drafting of recommended amendments;
-
negotiation with the other party's lawyer (up to 2 reasonable rounds);
-
review and confirmation of execution copies;
-
advice on executing the documents correctly and guidance on immediate next steps (e.g. for tenants - meeting landlord’s insurance and bank guarantee requirements);
-
key dates table summarising key obligation due dates.
Custom Template
A custom template includes:
-
consultation with you to determine the key terms important to your business;
-
if provided, review of reasonable examples you have used in the past;
-
preparation of a custom template document and issue to you with questions and comments for review and approval;
-
one round of amendments based on your answers and feedback;
-
issue of the final template to you.
This package does not include the Standard Exclusions*.
*Standard Exclusions
The following are Standard Exclusions from all services:
-
financial, tax, planning, commercial suitability, specialist regulatory or intellectual property advice;
-
disputes;
-
additional document review, advice, drafting and negotiation beyond that specified under the ‘What’s Included?’ heading for your chosen service;
-
additional legal work necessitated as a result of either party frequently changing their position or seeking extensive variations to documents beyond the course of ordinary negotiations;
-
additional legal work associated with documents longer than industry standard (e.g. a lease over 60 pages long);
-
if the parties cannot agree on execution copies after negotiation, work associated with finalising execution copies is automatically excluded;
-
in-person attendance (we conduct meetings and conferences online to save time and keep our service costs competitive).
If you request work listed in the exclusions, and we agree to undertake that work, additional charges apply.
